Treatment plans

There are a total of three treatment plans:

  • Plan name: Plan B1
    Purpose: Treatment of psychosomatic and physical imbalances.
    Duration: 5 days
    Frequency: 2 treatments daily
    Total number of treatments: 10
    Note: In connection with BLS treatments, HealYourself.biz recommends following WHO physical activity guidelines: 150 - 300 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 - 150 minutes of vigorous activity weekly and exposure therapy. This is especially important for those dealing with stress, anxiety, or PTSD.
    For infertility, begin BLS treatment near ovulation and repeat the next cycle if needed; both partners should be treated. For Seasonal Affective Disorder, light therapy is recommended.
  • Plan name: Plan B2
    Purpose: Treatment of cognitive function, dyslexia, concentration, and learning difficulties.
    Duration: 2 weeks
    Week 1: 2 treatments daily × 5 days
    Week 2: 2 treatments daily × 5 days
    Total number of treatments: 20
    Note: For individuals with dyslexia, it can be helpful to start by practicing the alphabet and reading aloud to someone for about 30 minutes each day. It is also recommended to seek support from professionals who specialize in dyslexia.
  • Plan name: Plan B3
    Purpose: Treatment of foot drop and similar challenges.
    Duration: 5 weeks
    Week 1: 2 treatments daily × 5 days
    Week 2: 2 treatments × 2 days
    Weeks 3 - 5: 1 treatment weekly
    Total number of treatments: 15
    Note: 1 treatment every 14 days to maintain the effect.
